Shipping
If we receive your order before 17:00 CET on working days, we will process your order that same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

As soon as our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including a unique parcel tracking number. 

The average delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the country to which the order is shipped. 

Shipping costs are dependent on weight of the parcel and destination country, actual shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order.

Return Policy
We want our cultur fam to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you'd like to return an item, please follow the steps below.

How to Return an Item:

1. Package the item securely lets try to prevent any damage during shipping.
2. Include your order number inside the package to help us quickly identify and process your return.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
