Shipping:
If we receive your order before 17:00 CET on working days, we will process your order that same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

As soon as our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including a unique parcel tracking number. 

The average delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the country to which the order is shipped.

Shipping costs are dependent on weight of the parcel and destination country, actual shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order.

Returns
We will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange the item(s).

Please note that while shipping costs are non-refundable, product refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
